We recommend searching youtube videos, or get something like this video: "Laying Hardwood Floors" with Don Bollinger.
As far as installation it was pretty easy for us because we had an air compressor and nailer. You can also rent flooring nailers, but we felt we didn't need to go that far... it helps with a big room, but this is a tiny job. You can also glue your flooring, but that's not really the proper way to do it. The videos are helpful for knowing how to set up your seams, leaving expansion gaps, humidity of your boards, etc. etc. Are you laying floor before you build your walls? If you have any questions you can e-mail Phil for more specific info (I think it's in the sign-in book on your art table).
